Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 3, 2026
Last Updated: September 3, 2026

Scope. This Privacy Policy explains how Critical Pixel handles information in connection with Cools Minigames and related websites, games, applications, communications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Cools Minigames and related services, Critical Pixel may collect information that you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Services.

2. SMS and Mobile Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number, Critical Pixel may use it for account-related SMS messages that you request or authorize, including phone-number verification codes, account-recovery or password-recovery codes, and other account-security messages.

Registered users may separately choose to receive optional score-beaten notifications. Consent to receive optional score-beaten notifications is not a condition of purchase and is separate from account authentication or recovery functionality. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of optional recurring messages and HELP for help where supported.

Critical Pixel does not sell your mobile phone number or SMS consent information. We do not share SMS opt-in or consent information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We may use service providers and telecommunications providers as necessary to deliver, route, support, secure, or administer messaging services.

3. Cookies and Browser Storage

We may use cookies and browser storage technologies that are necessary or useful for operating Cools Minigames. This may include a secure, HttpOnly session cookie used to maintain authenticated sessions, as well as browser or game storage used for preferences, game state, guest-session information, audio settings, interface settings, and similar functionality.

Some browser-stored information may remain on your device until it expires, is replaced, or is removed through the game, browser, or device settings. Strictly necessary storage may be required for authentication, security, session continuity, and requested functionality.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and operate the Services; create and manage accounts; authenticate users and maintain sessions; provide guest play; verify phone numbers or accounts; support password and account recovery; record scores and rankings; operate leaderboards; process purchases and entitlements; send messages you request or authorize; detect abuse, fraud, cheating, or security threats; troubleshoot and improve the Services; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our Terms of Use.

5. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, infrastructure, communications, payment processing, security, analytics where used, and technical support. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, property, and security of Critical Pixel, our users, or others; or in connection with a business reorganization, merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell SMS opt-in or consent information or share it with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

6. Publicly Visible Information

Certain gameplay information may be visible to other users, including scores, rankings, and high-score information. For registered users, a player name may also be displayed where the applicable feature permits it. Do not use a player name that reveals information you do not want to make public.

In the children's guest experience, user-created player names are hidden or anonymized where leaderboard or high-score information is displayed.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and game records, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Services. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and why it is processed.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can contact us at contact@nstruth.com to submit a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

10. EEA and UK Legal Bases

If European Economic Area or United Kingdom data-protection law applies, we process personal information under one or more lawful bases, including performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where applicable. Our legitimate interests may include operating, securing, improving, and protecting the Services and preventing abuse or fraud, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

11. U.S. Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. These rights vary by jurisdiction and may include rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain forms of data processing where applicable. We will honor qualifying requests as required by applicable law.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Game may be played by children under the age of 13 through a limited guest experience.

Children under 13 are not permitted to create a registered account or use features that require the submission of personal information such as an email address or phone number.

The guest experience is designed to limit the collection of personal information from children. We may process limited technical information when necessary to operate the Game, maintain a game session, provide requested functionality, maintain the security and integrity of the Services, or perform other activities permitted by applicable law.

Children using the guest experience are not shown user-created player names. Where leaderboard or high-score information is displayed, player identities may be hidden or anonymized.

Features available to registered users, including certain account, communication, and SMS features, are not available through the children's guest experience.

We do not knowingly use personal information collected from children under 13 for behavioral advertising or other purposes prohibited by applicable children's privacy laws.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that we have collected personal information from your child in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy or applicable law, please contact us at contact@nstruth.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. International Users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where Critical Pixel or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

14. Third-Party Services

The Services may use or link to third-party services, including hosting, payment, communications, platform, or other service providers. Those third parties may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. Critical Pixel is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
